The contractor is always in touch, open to discussion, and ready to make changes promptly during the work process, which is undoubtedly a big plus. The work, in general, was done well, and the mutual concessions related to the deadline extension were justified by objective reasons, considering the difficult conditions in which the contractor is located.
However, during the work, there was a feeling that deadlines and timelines were not always taken seriously by the contractor. After increased oversight on my part, the process accelerated, but I would like more attention to timeliness and responsibility for tasks without external pressure.
Moreover, not all tasks were completed in full. For example, the testing that was included in the list of agreed tasks had to be done independently, resulting in errors during testing that should have been addressed by the contractor after their tests. This left a less than pleasant impression.
Overall, the contractor is competent and professional, but there are aspects that I would like to see improved, especially in terms of self-organization and quality control of work performance. I hope for further more productive cooperation.
