I checked the form at the link you shared. Since the form submits data but the email does not arrive, I would start by checking the backend handler and email configuration — whether SMTP or a third-party service is used.
I have fixed similar issues in projects such as:

Access to the form code (or FTP/control panel of the website)
The address where the emails should be received
Whether mail() or SMTP is used — if SMTP is not connected, it’s better to set it up immediately
Have you checked the "Spam" folder?
If you have access to server logs — it will be useful
After that, we can quickly check where the failure is and fix it.
