Automation for Visa Appointment Booking Bot

I am seeking an experienced Automation Expert for thé developement of an automated bot designed to streamline the appointment booking process for visa applications through TLS contact (French visa application website). 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web automation, software development, and system design to ensure a reliable, secure, and user-friendly bot.

Key Responsibilities:   

 1. User Login Automation:        ◦ Develop and implement modules for user login.        ◦ Create and deploy mechanisms to bypass the Cloudflare turnstile.    

2. Data Input and Validation:        ◦ 

Design forms for passport detail input.        ◦ Implement validation logic to ensure data accuracy before submission.    

3. Appointment Monitoring and Booking:        ◦ Develop a monitoring service to continuously check for available appointment slots on the Tlscontact portal.        

◦ Implement automated booking processes to reserve the earliest available appointment slots.        ◦ Ensure booking confirmations are sent via email to the admin.    

4. Notification System:  Set up a notification service to alert admin about available slots and booking confirmations.    

5. System Design and Development:        ◦ Architect the system with a modular approach, separating user management, appointment monitoring, booking, and notifications. Use microservices for scalability and maintainability.   

 6. Performance and Scalability: Ensure the system can handle multiple simultaneous requests without performance degradation.      Design the bot to support an increasing number of users and handle high traffic efficiently.    

7. Security and Compliance:        ◦ Implement robust security measures to protect user credentials and personal information. 

8. Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the bot operates as expected. Deploy the bot on a reliable hosting platform. Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for failed operations.

Required Qualifications:    

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in web automation tools (e.g., Selenium).        ◦ Experience with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js or Angular.js).        ◦ Experience with backend technologies: Node.js or Python (Django/Flask).        

◦ Knowledge of databases: MongoDB or PostgreSQL.        

◦ Familiarity with email services: SMTP or third-party services like SendGrid.    • Experience:        

◦ Proven experience in developing and deploying automated bots or similar automation tools.        

◦ Strong understanding of microservices architecture.        

◦ Prior experience in bypassing security mechanisms like Cloudflare turnstile is a plus.    

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.        

◦ Strong communication skills for clear and concise notifications and confirmations to users.
