I've carefully read your project description and schematic. I am aware that the ATtiny85 configuration you now have isn't working correctly and that a complete overhaul is required, which includes:
Choosing the best parts (including a possible controller replacement)
Creating production-ready Gerber files and redesigning the PCB
Confirming and guaranteeing complete operation of the touch deactivation, siren trigger, pyro activation, and vibration detection
Supporting through debugging and testing
