I have no experience with rehabilitation centers. However, I have worked on an aesthetic medicine clinic and dentistry in Slovakia and was involved in the support. There will be no issues with the building codes and standards.
I work under a private entrepreneur contract, payment to the private entrepreneur's account.
I create the design project, then the design is coordinated with related engineering projects for water, electricity, as needed. And a project for precise exhaust ventilation. Often these projects are done by contractors.

A complete project can be done for 1000-1400 UAH per square meter, a sketch can be done, in some rooms without visuals, for example, in technical ones. Such a project will be 700-1000 UAH per square meter.
