Assistant for working with Discord/Reddit (searching for people/routine tasks)

I'm looking for a person who knows how to work with Discord and Reddit.

Tasks:

find thematic servers/groups based on given criteria,

make posts using provided text,

collect contacts/responses and pass them to me,

manage simple routines (registrations, information searches, database creation).

Requirements:

attention to detail, organization,

basic understanding of how Discord/Reddit works,

ability to work systematically and not quit after three days.

Conditions:

Initial workload: 5–10 hours/week.

Payment based on actual work (we will agree: hourly or weekly).

If you perform well — there will be more tasks, stable engagement, and growth.
