ASO/ASA audit + growth plan + concept of screenshots for App Store/Google Play (Inspiro)
Project: Inspiro - mobile application (iOS/Android) for content creation (fonts/stickers/presets/editor). Monetization - subscription.
Consultation goal: increase the conversion rate of the App Store / Google Play page (CR), improve positioning, prepare a clear ASO plan + screenshot concept for marketing. Optionally - recommendations/settings for Apple Search Ads (ASA).
What needs to be done (stage 1 - consultation/audit):
ASO audit of pages (App Store + Google Play): what currently “breaks” CR, what quick wins, what to test.
Keyword research + clustering (at least 1 locale, preferably 2–3 - we will discuss).
Screenshot concept: storyboard of 6–10 screens (iPhone 6.7" / iPad if needed) - order, messages, titles, visual idea + recommendations for A/B tests.
ASA (optional, preferred): campaign structure (Brand/Generic/Discovery), keyword strategy, negatives, optimization plan.
Work format:
60–90 min call + document with results (Google Doc/Notion)
1 round of clarifications/revisions on the document
Deliverables (what should be produced):
Audit document: issues → recommendations → priorities (what we do 1/2/3)
List of keywords + recommendations for metadata/localizations
Storyboard of screenshots with texts and logic
A/B testing plan (what we test, how we measure, expected impact)
Timing: 3–5 working days after the start and receiving access/data.
Next (stage 2): if everything is fine - we can move to part-time collaboration (5-15 hours/week) for regular ASO/ASA/screens + testing.
In response to the application, IT IS MANDATORY:
2–3 cases specifically for mobile applications (what was done: ASO/ASA/screens)
results in numbers (CR / installs / CPI/CPA / positions - what you can show)
