Assistant for E-Commerce Manager and Social Media Long-term collaboration
Main tasks
1. Managing Instagram and TikTok
Tasks:
* Planning content several months in advance.
* Maintaining a content plan for Instagram and TikTok.
* Preparing and publishing 2–3 posts per week.
* Adapting existing photo and video materials for Reels, Stories, and TikTok formats.
* Editing short videos from existing materials (cutting, text, music, basic effects).
* Creating posts and visuals based on ready-made product photos.
Important:
* No need to shoot photos and videos.
* The company provides a large amount of ready-made photo and video content.
* The main task is to effectively use existing materials and regularly publish quality content.
2. Working with bloggers
* Searching for and selecting suitable bloggers and influencers.
* Conducting correspondence and negotiations.
* Organizing and coordinating collaborations.
* Planning 2–3 integrations per month.
* During the high season (November–December) — up to 5–6 integrations per month.
* Monitoring the fulfillment of agreements and collecting materials at the end of collaborations.
3. Creating product cards on various European marketplaces (Otto.de, Amazon.de, kaufland.de, limango.de)
Payment is made based on a monthly invoice for services rendered (invoice).
The candidate must be able to independently issue invoices for their services and receive payment to a bank account.
The invoice can be issued in English.
