Audit introduction

Regarding communication: I assess it as a low level, I don't want to live with the thought "well, he's a 1C specialist, what did you expect". Asked not to print something actively to someone, got the response "Well, we are communicating, everything is clear here". It seemed that for Andriy, consultation is not something serious. It seemed that he was super sleep-deprived. Maybe it's his way of speaking, so I can't evaluate this fact.
Regarding work: there was no audit at all, maybe the problem is in the terms of reference. Sounds like a specialist, has competencies in 1C.
Final thoughts: would work if not for such communication.
