AI Avatar Turnkey

1. General project goal

Create a photorealistic AE-avatar (Artificial Entity Avatar) that closely resembles the real brand author, who will be able to:

• record and voice product reviews

• demonstrate cosmetics and materials in hand

• talk about characteristics, advantages, and methods of use

• be used in marketing, social media, product cards, training videos

• scale for different formats and scenarios without reshoots

The avatar should look and behave like a living person, not like a "talking head".

2. Format and type of AE-avatar

2.1 Type

• Full 3D / AI-driven avatar with body, hands, facial expressions, and speech

• Not allowed:

  • static model

  • avatar only up to shoulders

  • solutions without proper hand and finger functionality

2.2 Level of realism

• As human-like as possible (human-like, not uncanny)

• Natural skin, micro-expressions, blinking

• Realistic lip articulation to speech

• No "rubber" movements

3. Similarity to the real author

3.1 Appearance

The AE-avatar must be recognizably similar to the real author:

• face shape

• proportions

• facial expressions

• eye placement

• lip line

• overall "vibe" and presentation

3.2 Sources for training (resources)

We provide:

• photographs (portraits, different angles)

• videos (conversational, demonstration)

• materials with hands (if possible)

• examples of speech / voice (if voice cloning is used)

The performer must:

• use these materials as the main dataset

• not replace the appearance with an "average model"

4. Key requirement: hands and mechanics

This is a critically important block.

4.1 Hands and fingers

The AE-avatar must be able to:

• hold bottles, brushes, jars, small containers

• show the product up close

• point with a finger

• open/close packaging (basic level)

• move hands without:

  • extra fingers

  • sticking

  • jerky movements

  • deformations

4.2 Movements

• Smooth kinematics

• Realistic gestures

• No "robotization"

5. Speech and voiceover

5.1 Voice

Options (to specify in the technical task):

• voice cloning of the real author
  or

• professional synthetic voice, as close as possible in gender, age, and timbre

5.2 Synchronization

• 100% lip-sync

• Correct articulation for:

  • Ukrainian / Russian languages

• No "lag" of lips from sound

6. Use scenarios (mandatory)

The AE-avatar must work correctly in the following formats:

1. Video review of a single product

2. Comparison of several products

3. Training video (how to use)

4. Presentation of new products

5. Short videos for:

   • Instagram / Reels

   • TikTok

   • YouTube Shorts

6. Videos for product cards in online stores

7. Technical requirements

7.1 Video

• Formats: MP4 (H.264 / H.265)

• Resolutions:

  • 9:16 (vertical)

  • 16:9 (horizontal)

  • 1:1 (square)

• FPS: 25 / 30

7.2 Backgrounds

• Neutral background

• Ability to:

  • chroma key

  • replace background

  • integrate into brand scene

8. Manageability and scalability

A criterion that is often forgotten, but it is key.

The AE-avatar must:

• be generated without the involvement of a 3D animator each time

• accept:

  • script text

  • voice / TTS

  • basic scene parameters

• allow for the release of dozens of videos per month

Desirable:

• interface or clear pipeline

• usage documentation

9. Quality control (Acceptance Criteria)

The result is considered accepted if:

• ✔ the avatar visually resembles the author

• ✔ no bugs with hands and fingers

• ✔ movements are smooth and natural

• ✔ lips are synchronized with speech

• ✔ the product in hand is readable and does not "float"

• ✔ the video is suitable for commercial use

• ✔ no uncanny valley effect

10. Additional requirements from experience (recommended to include)

1. Test video before final submission (1 product, 30–60 sec)

2. Ability to refine facial expressions (smile, neutral, accent)

3. Support for different emotions:

   • expert presentation

   • friendly

   • educational

4. Separate focus on female audience in the beauty sphere

5. Realistic interaction with small objects

At the end of the work, you need to make 3-5 test videos + record a video lesson or instruction on how to work with the program
