Budget: 150 USD Deadline: 7 days

Hello, I can write a parser suitable for your tasks, using Python + Selenium.
I am ready to develop and maintain it further.

As a result, you will receive a multithreaded, fault-tolerant parser with a GUI interface.
The architecture of the parser consists of a main process that launches browsers in separate subprocesses. This allows the parser to run continuously for days. As needed, the subprocesses (browsers) are restarted as many times as necessary.
Thanks to multithreading, excellent scalability is achieved.
There are proven services for working through proxies and captcha solutions.

After collection, the data will be filtered and sorted using pandas and exported in the format you need.
I enjoy solving complex and non-standard tasks, and I am always available.

Hello! I will create a modular Python scraper for collecting court records (Probate/Foreclosure) from official county websites in the USA. Playwright/Selenium + Requests/BS4, filters (Case Type, Filing Date), field collection (Case No, Type, Filing Date, Status, Parties, URL), navigating to the case card, exporting to CSV/Google Sheets. I will add logging, retry, dynamic bypass, and if needed — proxy/anti-captcha. Config, README, Docker, auto-start. Stages: MVP for 1 county in 2-3 days, then rapid scaling for others. Ready to start today.

Good day)
I have extensive experience with Selenium, Playwright, and based on the latter, Patchwright and Camoufox.

But honestly, I don't understand why they are here. I went to nsc clerk.hctx.net/applications/websearch/CourtSearch_R.aspx, for example, and didn't see anything that would prevent doing this with requests. As for what to use for requests - well, whatever works, starting with asynchronous curl_cffi, and if that doesn't work for some reason, then look for a solution to bypass protection, if necessary, like cloudscraper for example, but it uses requests and is therefore synchronous.

It's also unclear why CSV or Google Sheets. We need to understand what is required next with this data. It's better to put everything in an SQLite or Postgres database (if more than a million records are expected), attach an API for issuing database results. Based on the API, attach a small web page through AI for viewing, sorting, and filtering data. Graphs can also be included if such analysis is needed.

Run all of this on a VPS in a constant cyclical parsing.

Then, if additional analysis services are needed, there is already a ready API, and all data is warm in the database.

Hello, I am engaged in parsing and web scraping. I work with all the technologies listed in your stack. I have experience in building large projects for continuous parsing, as well as entire startups based on the use of web scraping technologies.
I have a full team of specialists, so we can implement your project quickly and efficiently. Write to me privately, and we will discuss the details. I am confident you will be satisfied with our collaboration.

Regarding deadlines and pricing - first, I need to see the target resource that will be processed. This can take from a few hours to a couple of days if the site is protected by a large number of anti-bot defenses.

Good day
I will write a script in PHP curl, proxy rotation if needed.
Give an example of a website, an example of the result, tell me what the approximate volume of parsing per day is.
Experience is very large, here is a link to 500+ reviews.
