🔹 Project Description
The company GrandCar is an international company engaged in the sale of cars from the USA and Korea to Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
As part of the digital transformation, we are launching a project for automating Retention funnels to increase repeat sales and customer engagement.
The main goal is to build a system of automated communication scenarios based on the platforms Make, SendPulse, SmartSender with subsequent integration into our internal systems Notion, Creatio CRM, and occasionally Bitrix24.
Key Responsibilities
Building Retention funnels and automating customer scenarios in Make, SendPulse, SmartSender.
Formulating, testing, and optimizing communication hypotheses to improve customer retention.
Integrating scenarios with CRM (Creatio, Bitrix24) and databases in Notion.
Developing and coding responsive email templates (HTML + CSS).
Resolving technical issues and optimizing existing scenarios.
Working with low-code / no-code approaches to build automations without involving programmers.
Collaborating with marketing and IT teams within project work.
Documenting processes and technical settings in Notion.
Candidate Requirements
Practical experience with Make, SendPulse, SmartSender — mandatory at a high technical level.
Knowledge of retention marketing principles and building customer funnels.
Experience in HTML coding and creating responsive emails.
Understanding of integration principles with CRM (Bitrix24, Creatio).
Proficiency in low-code / no-code tools.
Ability to work in Notion (task structuring, documentation management).
Attention to detail, systematic thinking, independence.
Collaboration Format

Experience with Integromat, n8n, Power BI, Unitalk, Ringostat.
