ну без особых проблем и с большим количеством делаеться.
но так как бюджет гавно то и нет смысла париться и делать автору ферму для тт. хотя автозалив у меня есть для аков в долгосрок. но автор не указал для какого типа аков спам залив или долгосрок.
тт довольно геморная штука поэтому суммы начинаються от 2к для андроида и 10к для иос. и это только работа. а еще есть расходники в виде софта, прокси, телефонов и сервера

в моем профиле есть пример автозалива слайдшоу. точно также делаеться для видео. но там щас оверлеями заливают - это тоже без проблем делаеться.
смена аков тоже делаеться но у меня не было такой задачи.
