Brand identity for a passenger transportation company

The work was done adequately. But the client did not accept any of the options because they did not know what they wanted 🙂 Therefore, we did not require documentation. We have no complaints.

The collaboration started off seemingly normal. Irina (the intermediary) filled out the brief and we discussed the terms of cooperation. After I provided my concepts, the client expressed admiration for 2 out of the 5 concepts I provided (I made 5, although we agreed on 3). Then, for days, she did not get in touch, ignoring some established norms of business communication. It turned out that her client "has problems with abstract thinking, so it was difficult for her to work with him," and therefore Irina suggested that I carry out a redesign of the logo, spending additional time and effort on my part, which we had not agreed upon at all. After refusing and pointing out the previous agreements to this person, I received outright rudeness in response.

I do not recommend Irina as a polite and responsible client for collaboration. She is categorically not such. However, for the sake of fairness, it is worth noting that the project was completed after several extensions of deadlines, and I did receive payment.
