Who we are looking for

We are looking for a strong Fullstack developer with at least 3 years of experience in web project development, who will become a key participant in creating a new service — a universal service aggregator, as well as FrontEnd and BackEnd developers to form a team.

At the start, we will create a Reward Platform, where our users will be able to download applications from our partners and other companies and businesses interested in promoting their mobile applications, followed by booking tables in restaurants, rooms in hotels, car rentals, and other services related in one way or another to various kinds of services.

You will have a real impact on architecture, technology choices, development pace, and product quality.

About the project

We are creating a service marketplace focused on quality, honesty, and favorable conditions for users. Unlike classic business models (like Booking, Uber, Glovo), we operate on a subscription model, which creates conditions for obtaining the best offers for users, without commissions from partners. This allows us to provide people with better prices, real reviews, and objective information about services before purchase.

The project already has over 90% of the design ready in Figma, interface logic, and a basic scaling strategy.

Main requirements

3+ years of experience in web application development

Proficient in Go (Golang) — creating REST / gRPC APIs, working with databases, project structure

Experience with Next.js — creating client-side and SSR applications

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)

Experience with ORM / SQL builders (e.g., GORM, sqlc, entgo)

Understanding of microservices architecture or modular monolith

Practice with Git, CI/CD, Docker

Ability to read Figma and work with ready design systems

Will be a plus:

Experience in booking / e-commerce / marketplaces projects

Working with user validation systems, booking, payment gateways

Knowledge of GraphQL (on the front or back end)

Experience with Redis, Kafka, WebSockets
