iMapper has invented an affordable and highly accurate (±2mm) robotic laser scanner that captures point clouds of any building or space in minutes — replacing the old method of measuring tape, paper and pen.
Our clients — architects, renovation firms, real-estate developers — use these scans to feed their design and BIM workflows. When their teams are overloaded on the drawing side, iMapper steps in: we produce the as-built drawings and BIM models ourselves, using a global network of freelance drafters.

Starting from a DXF point cloud generated by iMapper's robot, you will produce one or more of the following depending on the project:
📐2D Plans — AutoCAD / ArchiCAD
Floor plans, sections, elevations, facades and rooftop plans — following the client's own drawing standards and templates.
🧱BIM Models — Revit
As-built Revit models structured per client naming conventions and templates, at the appropriate level of detail.
🏠 3D Models — SketchUp / ArchiCAD
3D volumetric models for visualization, renovation projects, or client communication — including 2D + 3D combo deliverables.
🏗️ Facades & Rooftops
Detailed exterior elevation drawings, rooftop plans and surveys.
What we are looking for :
- Proficient in at least one of: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
- Experience working from point clouds or scan data (DXF)
- Ability to apply client-specific drawing standards
- Reliable delivery within 2–5 business days
- Comfortable with client communication in English
- Autonomous, organized, remote-work ready
