BIM Modelers

* Proficiency in 3D modeling and point cloud management.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, particularly structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) executive projects.

* Understanding of BIM project requirements and standards specified in the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).

* Expertise in authoring software such as:

        1. Revit (architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines).

        2. Civil 3D (infrastructure, pipelines, and viaducts).

* Creation of BIM families.
