I do not strongly advise to cooperate with this freelancer, and if you cooperate, then with the most detailed TZ.Because according to him, the TZ should be described not only how the task should work, but also all the options how it should NOT work.that is.If you have after its work stops, for example, working part of the site, and the TZ has not been indicated that it should not be - then apologize - pay in full - the task itself works.I will, of course, get out - in my case, after any action from the TZ every time the page was "only" overloaded, but in the TZ it is not indicated, although there was a clear definition of what and how it should work.In my understanding - if something violates the existing logic of the site's work, then it is necessary at least to consult with the customer, not to accuse him of ignorance of the topic and bad TZ.As a result, lost time, spent 3,500 UAH, ham and neglected attitude in the conversation by phone and the most important thing - unfulfilled task (for which he in turn requires to pay the whole amount!)
