For 3200 EUR I would treat this as a first engineering stage - architecture check, smart contract scope, implementation of the core contract module, basic tests, and integration plan. A full decentralized e-commerce platform will likely need a larger roadmap, but we can start with the part that reduces securty and product risk first =)

Our approach would be to separate commerce logic from blockchain logic, define threat scenarios, design the contract interfaces, cover core flows with tests, and only then connect it to the platform backend. Measure twice, cut once - especially with smart contracts, where mistakes are expensive.
From your side we would need existing repository access if available, current platform architecture, preferred chain, wallet and payment flow, and any tokenomics or marketplace rules. After that I can give a more precise estimate for the next stage.

for the listed 3200 EUR, i would suggest a focused 14 day blockchain sprint - contract design review, implementation of the first core contracts, tests, deployment scripts, and security review of the main risk areas.
if the goal is the full decentralized marketplace, the budget will need to be split into stages becuse product logic, payments, disputes, roles, admin tools, and chain infrastructure are usually separate work packages.
WE usually start from threat modeling, contract interfaces, user flows for order and escrow logic, then write tests before deployment so the code is not only working, but defendable.
