1) Должен быть уже опыт в написании таких ботов, готова рассмотреть готовые варианты
2) Перед выполнением обсудить какие стратегии будут использованы, небольшие наброски добавлю в ворд документ
3) Сразу после обсуждения определить точный ценник
4) Перед выполнением обсудить все плюсы и минусы
5) Интересует бот который сможет сам искать вилки + чтобы он был универсален, а не поработал день, вика пропала, и бот больше не будет функционировать. Наброски уже готовы
6) Арбитражи могут быть, внутри биржевыми и между несколькими биржами, но наверное сразу расмотрим межбиржевым, т.к. внутрибиржевой мало ликвиден
