Это сделать возможно, но проверку на победителя сделать не получиться т.к. discord отключил функцию self-ботам видеть чужие сообщения. Можно настроить так, чтобы все аккаунты нажимали на определенную реакцию после того как кто-то тоже на неё нажал, таким образом можно сделать автоматизацию. Срок выполнения от 7-9 дней. Есть готовый набросок.
Насчёт хоста могу предложить replit, но скорее всего он не сможет осуществлять запуска более двух аккаунтов. Поэтому лучше на своем компьютере. Если сервер всего один его можно просто переодически включать перед новым розыгрышем.

Или на VPS, что априори означает круглосуточную работу такого бота.
Все что описали "В софт нужно добавить активацию по ключу, чекер аккаунтов (выиграл или нет), разделение по серверам дискорда" - это нужно обговорить и понять логику, чтобы составить правильный алгоритм.
