I need a Viber bot that will transfer images with descriptions to a Telegram bot. The Telegram bot will perform a conversion in the description based on a given exchange rate from the currency to UAH and will send the converted images back to Viber and Telegram.
- Accepted up to 50 images at once.
- Extracted the price from the description of each image.
- Multiplied the price by the given exchange rate and added the new price to the description.
- Allowed forwarding processed images with descriptions from Viber to Telegram.
- Added the final price with weight in the description of each image in the format I need (for example, "price × rate = result UAH + weight").

The administrator has the ability to set the exchange rate for calculations, allowing updates to the calculations according to the current value.
