Bot for mailing
A bot needs to be created for sending messages to groups in Telegram.
There is a pool of groups for which regular messages need to be sent, all of them are packed in a common folder in Telegram, but each group has its own rules regarding when and how many announcements can be posted. In some groups, announcements can only be left in the corresponding thread.
I need a bot that will post on behalf of the account at a specified time interval every day as it will be set up once (for some groups twice a day within a specified time interval, and for others - once every 3 days). It should also be taken into account that several Telegram accounts will need to be connected for posting, and a limit on the number of posts should be set to prevent the account from being banned.
