Such double translation complicates the task, and code that works in Python may be less efficient in Pine Script without additional logic editing.
The proposed workflow is as follows:
First, we will thoroughly work out the technical assignment to clearly define the requirements, expectations, and scope of work.

After developing and testing the bot script, you will be able to verify its operation, and after that, full payment will be made.

Without a paid subscription, such tests are impossible, and this significantly improves the quality and reliability of the final product.

I see the process as follows:
In TradingView, you draw levels and set alerts. When an alert triggers, TV sends a webhook (HTTP request) to your bot's address.
The bot receives this signal and, before acting, contacts the OKX exchange API to check additional conditions that you specify (for example, the current RSI value).
If all conditions are met, the bot calculates the position size (so that the risk per trade matches the amount you specify in $), then sends an order to OKX to open a trade with the necessary SL and TP parameters.
