The prototype of the bot is already ready - @restaurant_ua_bot is a minimally viable model that implements basic functionality:

• Food ordering through a button menu with photos, descriptions, and selection of delivery/payment methods (simulation).
• Loyalty program with bonus accrual and the ability to redeem them for discounts.
• Feedback with the ability to leave reviews and rate the service.
• Information about the establishment (addresses, working hours, contacts, map) and a section with promotions.
• QR code generation for quick access to the bot.

This is a draft version that can be tested. Of course, it needs to be refined – the functionality can be expanded. For example, with a large number of orders and the presence of several couriers, automatic order distribution can be added, taking into account optimal routes and courier availability, as well as integrating the bot with the POS terminal.
