Instagram will block the account from which automated actions are performed; uploading videos from other accounts is not a problem, but posts and similar activities performed programmatically—even the latest libraries do not provide much longevity, and the account gets blocked.
The situation with TikTok is the same.
One way to get around this is to:
upload newly released videos, send them to a service like ShotStack where, using ML, the videos are modified, and then the finished version is uploaded manually.
Automating posting is possible, but the solution is quite non-trivial, and I can describe it separately.
