Video through TOR - unconventional, but solvable. The main thing here is not the bot itself, but the engine under the hood that will play videos in the background through the tor browser. I did something similar to bypass geo-blocks on streaming: a combination of aiogram + Playwright through socks5h to a local tor daemon, 50+ parallel sessions on one machine ran stably. I will set everything up in Docker on Windows, so I don't have to deal with installing TOR separately. The iOS version will be more complicated: either a web panel to control the bot from the phone, or a native client - here your choice is needed. What is the order of views? Thousands per hour or tens of thousands per day? This depends on whether one instance is enough or if a farm needs to be built.
