За основу можно взять бота: https://github.com/emhl/newsbridge, однако этот бот работает только для одного канала.
Необходимо чтобы в боте было диалоговое меню, что бы каждый пользователь Телеграм, мог добавить этого бота админом в свой канал и начать постинг новостей из ТГ в Дискорд.
