I can implement automatic monitoring of appointments on the VFS website (Astana — D Visa Study — Enrollment at Uni) according to your technical description. Briefly about what you will receive:

What the script does

It accesses https://visa.vfsglobal.com/kaz/ru/ita/dashboard → section "Make an appointment" → selects Astana / D Visa Study / Enrollment at Uni.

It simulates an appointment: uploads a test (blurred) passport, waits ~30 seconds, enters fictitious data.

It solves the captcha through a connected recognition service (you need to provide the API key of the service: 2Captcha/Anti-Captcha/other).

It parses the nearest available appointment date and compares it with the last saved date.

If the date has changed → it sends a notification to Telegram (bot) and/or e-mail.

Launch via cron every 10–20 minutes (configurable).

Important warnings

Automation may fall under bot-detection / Cloudflare — I will use strategies to minimize risk (simulating human behavior, captcha-solver, optionally proxy). However, a complete "guaranteed bypass" of protections cannot be guaranteed.

I will work only with test/blurred files to avoid making real bookings.

What you need to provide before starting

1. A test (blurred) passport file for upload.

2. API key for the captcha service (2Captcha / Anti-Captcha or other).

3. Data for Telegram notifications: bot token and chat_id (or e-mail for messages).

4. Inform the desired launch interval (10 or 20 minutes) and whether proxy rotation is needed (if you want to reduce the risk of blocks). Expand
