For the development of a bot that will track ETH transactions and send messages in the chat, I propose the following approach:
Main functions of the bot:
Tracking ETH transactions:
The bot connects to the blockchain network via API (for example, Etherscan API or Web3).
It checks transactions from specific users within a specified amount range (from $300 to $15,000).
It converts the ETH value to dollars at the time of the transaction.
Interface for message settings:
The administrator can set the text of the message that will be sent in the chat.
The message automatically includes the TxID and the transaction amount.
Randomization of check time:
The administrator can set the time interval in which the bot will check for new transactions.
A function for random time selection within the specified interval for checking is added to avoid repeated requests.
Sending messages in the chat:
Upon detecting a relevant transaction, the bot automatically sends the configured message to the specified Telegram chat.
