A fully ready Telegram bot with an admin panel is needed.
Main functions:
1. Announcements
The user can submit a request (free agent, clan recruitment, custom games, practices, TDM, giveaways).
The admin confirms → the bot publishes a post in the corresponding thread.
If mandatory channels are specified in the settings → the bot checks the subscription before publication. If there are no channels → nothing is checked.
2. Premium services
Auto-posting (every hour for 6/12/24 hours).
Pinned post (24 hours, maximum 3 pins simultaneously).
Payment manually (screenshot of the receipt), confirmation by the admin.
If the pin slot is occupied → the bot writes "Occupied" and shows when it will be free.
3. Store (UC / Stars)
The user selects a package, enters ID/nickname.
The bot sends payment details.
After confirmation by the admin → message "✅ Service completed".
