Поясніть будь ласка точніше, яким чином ви забезпечите роботу бота на віндовс 24/7? Ну припустимо його можна запускати як фоновий процес разом з стартом системи, проте чи буде ваш "комп'ютер" увімкнено весь час?
І з приводу кроків, якось точніше можна? Просто якщо цей бот має брати файл і відправляти користувачу, і парсити якийсь там текстовий і відправляти користувачу, то це вийде дешевше ніж зазначені в пропозиціях кошти.
Якщо ж там інша логіка, то треба переглядати повноту картини. -

1. Користувач запускає бота, бот відповідає "Choose lang" і пропонує обрати мову, наприклад "українська" та "англійська".
2. Оберіть програму, нехай це буде уявні "Program1" та "Program2".
3. Чи є у вас мобільний проксі? (в залежності від мови він пише на тій мові яку обрали).

- відправляємо архів відповідної програми яку він обрав.
- відправляємо йому логін та пароль (і видаляємо його з нашої бази).
- відправляємо якийсь уявний архів і його також видаляємо.
- посиллання на інструкцію як користуватись всім цім ділом.
>>> Якщо ні:
- То йому відправляється текст з ссилками на всі три програми однаковий. (отут не зовсім зрозумів, типу буде якісь три посилання і йому треба їх надіслати?)- повторюємо все що і з пунктом "якщо так".
4. Пишемо якийсь текст користувачу, далі зберігаємо всі данні про користувача в базу данних і чекаємо 3 дні.
5. Раз на 3 дні робимо розсилку по користувачах з посиланнями.
