Bot in Telegram for a real estate agency

We publish rental property listings through the CRM Planfix. A program has been written that allows publishing a collage of 10 photos with text, as well as deleting it by pressing a button in the SКЬю

Now we want to add the following details to the group with listings:

1. A button should go under each listing.

Button name: Contact about the property

The button with the request is at the bottom of the listing. 

When the button is pressed, the listing goes to the realtor's personal messages, and correspondence begins.

Is it possible to separate correspondence for different properties with different colors?

2. We are adding the ability to add listings to favorites for users of the group/channel.

Button name: Add to favorites

When pressed, the listing goes to a closed chat. In the chat, there is a list of listings that the person selects.

At the same time, the listing should go with other buttons:

Contact about the property

Go back

The created chat should be visible to our manager.

У нас публикация объявлений об аренде объекта происходит через CRM Planfix. Написана программа, которая позволяет публиковать коллаж из 10 фото с текстом, так же удалять при нажатии кнопки в СКЬю

Сейчас хотим дополнить группу с объявлениями следующими деталями:

1. Под каждый объявлением чтобы шла кнопка.

Название кнопки: Связаться по объекту

Кнопка с запросом внизу объявления. 

При нажатии на кнопку, объявление летит риелтору в личные и по нему уже идет переписка.

Можно ли разделять переписки по разным объектам разными цветами?

2. Добавляем возможность добавить объявления в избранные, для пользователей группы/канала.

Название кнопки: Добавить в избранные

При нажатии, объявление улетает в закрытый чат. В чате список объявлений, которые человек отбирает.

При этом, объявление должно улетать с другими кнопками:

Связаться по объекту

Вернуться обратно

Созданный чат должен видеть наш менеджер.
