Отпишите в Telegram: @fargus_227. Обсудим все более подробно. Скрипты используют для конвертации ffmpeg, или что? И какие, собственно, сами конвертации происходят? Также нужно учитывать, что у ботов есть ограничение по размеру отправляемых файлов. Отправлять видеофайлом может быть не вариант, если конвертации подразумевают именно смену кодека и т.п, так как, если не ошибаюсь, Telegram все равно их в таком случае сжимает и переконвертирует в свой формат.
