Technical task for the visualization of the project "Vayra"

Goal:
Create a premium visual presentation of the timber-frame house Vayra (182 m²) for clients from the USA, adapting the style to various natural locations and the American market.

1. Logo

• Create a unique logo for the brand Vayra in a minimalist, modern style.
• Design options:
  • Thin elegant typography.
  • Symbolism that emphasizes timber-frame architecture, space, openness.
  • Optionally: a graphic element inspired by natural forms.

2. AI visualizations (6 options)

Each option is a photorealistic image of the house Vayra in a realistic environment, created using AI + retouching.

✅ Locations and atmosphere:

1. Mountain Colorado

   • The house is located among mountains with snowy peaks or autumn forests.
   • Evening or night time, warm lighting from the house, cozy atmosphere.
   • Light mist or cloudiness for drama.
   • Frame of the house in Black color

2. Coastal California / Florida  without changing the building

   • House with an ocean view, modern landscape, palm trees, large open pool.
   • Daylight, bright sun, reflections in glass, light shade from trees.
   • Minimalist terrace with loungers.

3. Forest New Hampshire

   • House in a dense coniferous forest, among tall trees, warm wooden palette.
   • Morning fog or sunset for atmosphere.
   • Add a timber-frame garage in the same style to this image (should look organic, as part of the project).

3. Planning and its visualization

• Maximally high-quality, clean, and readable format of plans.
• Minimalist style – without unnecessary details, only names of rooms without areas. 

4. Additional requirements:

• Photorealistic detailing: glass should convey natural reflections, interior visible through windows.
• Balance between nature and architecture – the house should look like part of the landscape.
• Compliance with the American market: in one of the options definitely add a garage.
• Final materials:
  • 6 high-quality images (AI+retouch)
  • Logo in various variations (SVG, PNG)
  • Logo on each photo with the caption by Skol.  Vayra by Skol
