Bug Fix Wordpress (Woodmart+Elementor) Part 1.1

1. It is necessary to fix the bug when loading the main page:

5. Fix the bug with the quantity plugin, when changing the quantity in the cart, the product is removed from the cart.

6. Fix the notification in Telegram (the bot does not receive the order notification)

7. The quantity in the cart is not updating (mobile version)
