Accountant for the enterprise

The company is a supplier of household and professional equipment, operating in the market for over 10 years, looking for a reliable and resourceful person not just as a Accountant, but as a like-minded partner who is ready to grow with us!

Tasks you will need to handle:

• Maintaining accounting of the company's financial and economic activities for LLC on the general system with VAT (wholesale trade, foreign economic activity); also individual entrepreneur of the 2nd group.
• Payroll and personnel records management (staff up to 10 employees).
• Monitoring financial transactions, their systematic accounting, income, expenses, liabilities;
• Interaction with tax and financial authorities. Experience in unlocking tax invoices
• Preparing and timely submitting all forms of accounting, tax, and statistical reports. Preparing management reports.
• Controlling accounts payable and receivable
• Maintaining inventory records. Monitoring stock at warehouses.
• Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers and customers.
• Controlling accounts payable and receivable
• Working with PPRRO and cash discipline.
• Working with Client-Bank. Reconciling bank statements

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience as a chief accountant, with experience in foreign economic activity.
• Clear understanding of accounting and tax legislation;
• High proficiency in accounting and analysis software (BAS, 1C 8.2 UTP, Excel, M.E.Doc, and VCHASNO);
• Responsibility, systematic approach, and attention to detail;

• Ability to work in a team and a high level of organization
• Hardworking, initiative, honesty, stress resistance

Working conditions:

• We offer decent and stable salary ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 UAH.
• Office in the center of Kyiv on Podil
• Probation period of 1 month;
• Work schedule: 5/2, Mon-Fri 10:00 — 18:00.
