Remote Accountant

I am looking for an accountant for remote part-time employment. The workload is approximately 1 hour a day on average. You need to be registered as a private entrepreneur.

What assistance is needed first of all:

1. marking payments (approximately 5-10 payments a day, most payments are marked automatically from invoice payments)
2. making payments: for invoices and tax payments (also a small number, there are 3 suppliers we pay once a month, and approximately 10-30 payments a month that need to be made on request)
3. controlling the receipt of expense documents from clients and suppliers + storing them
4. processing receipts (approximately 10-20 receipts a day)
5. monitoring automatically marked payments

Possible additional tasks, payment by agreement:

1. reconciliations with suppliers (for 3 suppliers with whom we settle once a month, before payment it is necessary to reconcile the amount of the monthly debt)

2. submission of annual reporting (without hired employees, 2nd group of private entrepreneurs simplified system)
