Build a BPMN hiring process in the company. Write it out in text.

1. Familiarize yourself with the hiring process analysis, already with the existing process described by HR.
2. Agree on the BPMN standard adjustments for the company with the CEO.

3. Implement the standard, write down each step, describe the step, and identify the person responsible for the step in text format (Google Sheets or DOC)  + explanations for HR department employees.

4. Review and adjust the 1st iteration

5. Review and adjust the 2nd iteration

6. Review and adjust the 3rd iteration

3. Internal training for the entire Yarmich team on BPMN standards. Describe the standard for documenting BPMN processes.

From my team, I guarantee involvement in the process as interviewers,  we assist in unpacking each step of the process, you direct, set tasks for the process, independently build BPMN in Miro, and document it in (Google Sheets or DOC), HR can assist with the content. 

As a result, I want to receive:
1. Implemented hiring process standard according to BPMN, in Miro and approved by the CEO.
2. Implemented explanatory note for the hiring process in (Google Sheets or DOC)  and approved by the CEO.   3. Implemented standard for documenting processes according to BPMN, employees will be trained on it. The hiring process will be described according to the standard and all rules.
