CAM programmer for manufacturing metal molds (milling machining center)

Looking for a specialist to write control programs for a CNC milling machine (machining center). The main focus is on manufacturing metal molds with complex 3D geometry.

Tasks:

• Creating CNC programs (G-code) based on 3D models.

• Selecting optimal machining strategies to achieve a "size" clean surface (molds for casting).

• Calculating cutting modes for metals (steel, brass, aluminum).

Requirements:

• Experience with CAM systems (PowerMill, Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, or similar).

• Understanding the specifics of metal machining on large machines (rigidity, chip removal, coolant).

• Ability to select tools (roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing passes).
