We are a new licensed Ukrainian online casino at the pre-launch stage.
We are forming the core team and management from scratch.

This role is about full responsibility for the content direction: building the system, launching, and working in conjunction with all key teams.

Role

Building the entire text system of the online casino from scratch (pre-launch → go-live).

Responsibilities

• UX/UI texts: website, personal account, KYC, payments
• Bonuses: description of mechanics (wager, FS, cashback, etc.)
• CRM: email / push / SMS (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
• Legal: T&C, AML, Privacy, Responsible Gaming (together with lawyers)
• Forming tone of voice and copy guidelines
• Working with product and design
• Improving conversion through texts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in copy/content
• Mandatory experience in iGaming (casino / betting / CRM / affiliate)
• Experience working with regulated markets (UA / EU)
• UX/UI copy + CRM + understanding of bonus logic
• Understanding of legal/compliance texts
• Systematic thinking
• Working with metrics (conversion, retention)
• Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as a working tool
• Languages: Ukrainian + Russian required, English B2+

Nice to have

• Experience launching a product from scratch
• Experience in crypto / fintech
• Experience building content processes
