I work with partial advance payment, the term is from 30 days, the price indicated is the maximum allowed for the category, the final cost and deadlines will be determined after agreeing on changes and the list of drawings and reviewing the initial data - the project that needs to be redone, site survey at a scale of 1:500 and an extract from the cadastre for the site, photographs of the site. You will need these documents when agreeing on the construction.
