Budget: 10000 UAH Deadline: 10 days
Good day.
I have reviewed the task. I would see this project not as a "simple chatbot," but as an MVP system for preparing procedural documents in a human-in-the-loop mode, where the bot prepares a draft, and the lawyer checks, edits, and approves the result.
To avoid overloading the first version, I would propose the MVP in the form of 4 main subsystems:
Workspace — working environment for the case: documents, statuses, action log, draft versions, verification results.
Ingestion — importing a package of documents from Google Drive, parsing PDF/DOCX, normalization, and extraction of key facts.
Legal Research — selection of relevant norms and practices from zakononline and the Unified State Register of Court Decisions with preservation of references and citations.
Drafting Engine — generation of a draft statement, list of attachments, missing evidence, and warnings about the incompleteness of the package.
The key principle of the MVP I see as follows:
the system does not "hallucinate" and does not submit documents automatically, but forms a controllable draft linking each statement either to the case document or to the legal source.
That is, the first stage is not a complete legal platform, but a working basic outline:
import documents → extract facts → search for sources → generate draft → lawyer review → export.
From my side, I can cover the Python/backend part, the pipeline logic, integration with Google Drive, data structure, draft generation, and the technical foundation for further development of the system.
Deadline for MVP implementation: 10 days
Cost: 10,000 UAH
I am ready to discuss in detail what exactly is included in the first stage to immediately fix the real MVP without diluting the scope.
