Chatbot (Telegram)

Creation of a chatbot based on the support service of Monobank: a general chat where thousands of users write, but despite this, it remains a personal conversation with each client. It is mandatory to display the number of users who have contacted up to this point, but the list of users should be absent (only the number, which constantly changes). The task of this chat is to receive requests from clients in a more automated way than by phone/offline.
