We will set up a trigger for the rejection status in the funnel (with data updates in the database/CRM, if it is connected).
We will implement the agreed question branch for the specialty "plumber" through states (FSM), so that the funnel flows logically and does not break the current flow.
Since this is an improvement of an existing project, please let me know what the bot is written in (Python/Node.js) or if it is built on a constructor? If it is code, I will need access to the repository or an archive with the current version so that I can quickly integrate new features.
