Chromium Services Modification for SOCKS5 UDP, Access Key Validation, and Fingerprinting

We are looking for an experienced developer to modify Chromium services to implement the following key features:
Support UDP protocol via SOCKS5 proxy (RFC 1928 + 1929).
Enable browser launch only with a valid --access-key argument.
Support custom launch parameters including:
--proxy=socks5://user:pass @ host:port
--access-key=SECRETXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
--fp-config=[][][]
Key Components:
1. SOCKS5 UDP Client Socket
Reference implementation: proxifyre (Note: proxifyre runs separately from the browser; our goal is native integration inside Chromium services).
Functionality to implement:
Proxy DNS, UDP, and WebRTC requests through SOCKS5 with authentication.
Automatically detect socket type based on the --proxy argument.
2. --access-key Launch Protection
Parse the --access-key argument on startup.
Validate it against a hardcoded key in the build or via API/license verification.
Exit immediately if the key is missing or invalid.
3. Fingerprinting Configuration via --fp-config
Load fingerprint configuration from the --fp-config argument (JSON or parameter array).
Apply the configuration to modify:
User-agent
Screen size
Timezone, WebGL, Canvas
Language, UI language
Location, etc.

I can modify Chromium services to fully support UDP over authenticated SOCKS5, enforce launch access through a secure key check, and apply detailed fingerprinting via custom launch parameters.
The SOCKS5 UDP client will be built directly into Chromium networking layer while supporting DNS, UDP, and WebRTC traffic natively without external processes.
I'll implement strict validation of the access key during browser startup, with optional license API integration.
Fingerprint profiles will be loaded from the command line and applied to user-agent, canvas, WebGL, and other identifiers seamlessly.
