It is difficult for me to evaluate the quality of work and professionalism, since the work was not completed, so I gave an average rating = 5.
The cost in my opinion was good, at least compared to the value I expected from the product. So the rating is 9 out of 10.
Contact is at the highest level, it is always pleasant to communicate and there was practically no delay in answers, therefore the highest score = 10.
Deadlines are the main pain, for various reasons (from health to employees) the deadlines were shifted many times and at the end it was agreed that the project would be completed even without payment, but after 2 weeks the results have not changed, the project has not been completed and the exact dates there is no completion, so I close the project and will look for other implementation options.
