We have created a closed testing in Google Play Console, added all countries and a list of testers. After saving all changes, testers with gmail.com email addresses cannot access the app via the provided links from Google Play Console. After accepting the invitation to become a tester, they try to download the app from Google Play, and a message appears saying "Item not found". What could cause such a problem and what are the ways to resolve it.
