We have already collaborated with Alexander on one online store. There were no problems, the old project, by and large, did not have a deadline. The current project on Instant CMS was strictly limited in time, about which the Contractor was warned in advance. A detailed TOR was drawn up and agreed upon. Links to the manual of the audio component for study are given. To focus on the main thing (binding and programming), a ready-made layout was provided, which the Contractor accepted. Before the start of the project (!) an advance payment of 5 tr. was paid, another 5 tr. The contractor received after 80% layout (on some pages the layout is still raw - see screenshots).
For the rest of the functionality, an agreement was reached on payment - upon completion.

The project was delayed in terms of more than 1.5 months. About 10 promises were made on deadlines, which were violated.
In addition to the items completed, Alexander created simple internal pages that were not in the ToR (News) - thanks for that!
To date, the points of the TK have not been finalized: 2 (the functionality has not been finalized, so there is no talk about management from the admin panel), 3 (tags are partially displayed - nothing is known about their management), 4.(Musical player - a recommendation from the app developer is given about the correct setting of the extension, but performance - 0%), 7.Button of Sochi.The network is not, 8.(Section #connect - NOT, b) the ability to manage hashtags, replace, add, remove - hashtags are visible - by their management - nothing is provided), 9.(Random music on the main page of the site - NOT), 11.(Management by artists from the site, not destroying the design - NOT shown), 12.(sponsors - yes, the add-on instructions - NOT shown),
14, 16 (No View), 17 - PRINCIPAL (in the adminke should be the ability to link specific photos, music, video to 1 specific artist and more (Artist page - DO NOT work correctly, CONTENT DO NOT link).The performance of the project is estimated at 40%.The project is not completed and is transferred to another task, and the development is to another domain.I wish the Executive in the future to be responsible for its commitments and carefully evaluate its capabilities, not to try to manipulate the Customer.
