Hello! I see that you already have a full logic on Apps Script - points, ref codes, statuses, six tabs. The problem is that the webhook on GAS simply cannot handle the load from Telegram: delays, duplicates, lost contacts. This is a familiar pain.

I would suggest not rewriting everything from scratch, but stabilizing what you have. Switching to polling instead of webhook in Apps Script solves 90% of such cases - I did something similar for table bookings in a Kyiv restaurant, duplicates disappeared immediately. If polling doesn't help - then Node.js on Railway, but we will keep all the command logic.

Regarding the integration of the site with Sheets - Netlify + booking form + Monobank webhook into the table - this is a standard setup, I did it for two CRM systems for events. Ref codes with validation and a 10% discount - we will add.

Question: is there already a ready endpoint for Monobank callback on the site, or does it need to be created? This affects the time estimate for the second task.
